Yes, we have a licensed cosmetologist who offers hair services. To book, please visit the "Book Now" tab to see services offered. Along with pricing and schedule for booking.

We believe that using high-quality hair care products is the key to achieving and maintaining healthy, luscious looks. That's why we have carefully selected a range of premium products, free from harmful chemicals, to nourish and revitalize your hair from root to tip.

SHIPPING

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All orders will receive tracking numbers via email for shipping updates. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

All orders INCLUDE package insurance covering the full price of the order.

Raw Hair Orders have 7 - 14 business days shipping. Orders can be shipped sooner depending on inventory.

Pick-Up orders are based on inventory on hand.

What if I put the incorrect address?

PLEASE TYPE IN CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. We cannot change any shipping addresses. Please be sure to double check for correct address prior to placing your order. Addresses cannot be changed therefore, your order will be cancelled if it has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

All orders are mail insured. ShopBeautéBar is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to submit a claim due their negligence and failure to meet your expectation. ShopBeautéBar, IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER.

REFUNDS

What is the return policy?

All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds issued for any products. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to us directly as we will try our best to resolve any issues.
